The Circle of Eight was established in April 2017 following the loss of my son Jumai Caldwell. It's purpose is to offer families a platform for meaningful connections with others facing similar challenges, fostering a supportive community where individuals can find understanding.
About Us
The circle of eight has made significant strides since it's establishment in 2017. Our journey began with a memorable meet and greet event at the Redwoods Conference Grounds retreat, where participants enjoyed a three-day two-night stay. Since then we've organized various fundraising events to support our families. One of our proudest moments and accomplishments is the collaborative effort with families to write a book titled All Heroes Don't Make It Home. This book not only shares powerful stories but also empowers participants to sell it themselves, furthering our mission and impact.
